Yoga to soothe the body and calm the mind.
Beginner-friendly, energising and soul nourishing yoga classes.

The Benefits of Yoga.
Before we start, let me assure you that yoga has nothing to do with twisting yourself into a pretzel, and there is so much more to it than the shapes you make with your body.
From personal experience, and from those I’ve met along the way, I’ve seen first-hand how yoga can be transformative for mental health, physical health, social connection, energy levels, sleep, and self-acceptance.
As well as physical benefits which include increased flexibility, strength and balance, classes also incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness and relaxation, which can help lower stress levels and boost your overall sense of calm, both within and even outside of the yoga space.
Possibly the most powerful benefit of all is how yoga can impact our life beyond the formality of a class. Yoga encourages a deeper connection between the mind and body, nurturing calmer thoughts and a self-acceptance that can help you feel more at peace in your day-to-day life.
Yoga is not about the poses, it is all about connecting to yourself and enhancing your ability to live in the present moment. This is how it can play a vital part in improving overall health and why I am so proud to offer it as part of the Listen to Your Health programme.
