My Approach…
I’ve seen first hand how modern life can drain people. “Keeping busy” and constantly juggling several tasks at once can feel so normal to us now.
We don’t even know our minds and bodies are stressed until there’s no other option than going off sick from work or taking various medications to get ourselves back on track.
How we do this is to identify the signs of stress within ourselves and then find healthier ways to manage it.
