Hi there, I’m Jo

I help people with busy minds (and often busy schedules!) to recognise the stress in their life so they’re able to manage it in a healthy way and make room for the things they enjoy.

I want them to see keeping healthy as a joy, not a chore. That’s why I only ever encourage clients to take up habits that truly resonate with the unique person they are.

Stress can make our health and relationships suffer, but there are plenty of ways we can counter this and the first step is to begin treating ourselves with love, patience and positivity.
